Pomme Brulee Old Fashioned
Itās about time we brĆ»lĆ©e some apples for an Old Fashioned.
We created an Old Fashioned thats sure to please this season. Flavors of cinnamon, caramelized sugar and apples play together perfectly with Rabbit Holeās Dareringer bourbon, which is finished with PX sherry casks and has notes of oak, dried fruit and caramel.
This is one you need to make.
Cheers yāall!

It feels to get back to playing around with some basic cocktails but also playing around with some new video styles. Iām going to start to make a new Reel series and Iām trying to land on the format, would love to hear yāalls thoughts on this style (look/feel, music, voiceover, titles, etc). Let me know what else youād want to see.
The Laddie Rob Roy
ā¦and a partridge in a pear tree.
Happy holiday season yāall. Together with my friends at bruichladdich Iāve created a take on the classic Rob Roy. This takes The Classic Laddie, an unpeated scotch whisky, and combines it with the flavors of spiced pear and walnut to create a cocktail that is easy, delicious, and beautiful. Anyone can make this recipe, so make sure to give the gift of The Classic Laddie this holiday season by heading to the link in my bio!
The Bloody Amber Road
Unveil the rich and robust flavor of our Bloody Amber Road. A tantalizing blend that exceeds expectations, leaving a lasting impression with every sip. Indulge in the essence of expert craftsmanship and pure sophistication. Cheers to unparalleled quality.
The Rock Hopper
An espresso martini crossed with a mint chocolate Irish coffee? Sure, I got you
āTis the season after all, Iāve come up with the perfect recipe to go along with this bottle of Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey. This single grain, Irish whiskey is first aged in oak then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The Plainview Sour
Hey you! Looking for that crushable fall/winter cocktail?
Together with my friends at Watkins1868, Iāve created a bitter twist on a whiskey sour which uses their new all-natural Orange Bitters which have rich and warm notes of citrus, clove and cinnamon. I thought these flavor profiles would pair well with the season and would be perfect for sipping this fall and winter.
The Cherry Spelling Bee
Let's be honest... luxardousa maraschino cherries are like the icing on a bourbon cocktail cake ššø
Buck and Cover
A smokey and refreshing festive cocktail? Sure, why not?
Iāve created a cocktail thats sure to warm you up and cool you down at the same time. This takes The Classic Laddie, an unpeated, scotch whisky, combined with the flavors of rosemary and allspice with an aroma of smokey rosemary to create a cocktail that is as refreshing as it is smokey. Anyone can make this recipe, so make sure to give the gift of The Classic Laddie this holiday season by heading to the link in my bio!
Plus Que Parfait Julep
šš„ Happy Derby Day! Between Mint Juleps and Margaritas this weekend, youāre going to want a little taste of the South in your mouth. Today we julep⦠tomorrow we tequila. In the meantime - enjoy this Julep recipe for todayās festivities!
The Brown Derby
Hope yāall are staying healthy! For those of you cooped up at home and have been asking for some easy cocktail recipes, I have some exciting news! Iāve yet again #partnered up with @cooperscraft to highlight some of the talented mixologists in Charleston, SC. In this five part series which Iām dubbing #CocktailsAtHome, each mixologist will be creating a bourbon cocktail from scratch that you can easily recreate at home. Now letās get started shall we?
ā
First up on this series is Anna Lazaridis (@annathegreek83) of Charleston, SC with a classic Brown Derby cocktail, its strong, tart, and sweet - or as Anna puts it: āWith the sweetness of the honey and the tartness of the grapefruit, the Brown Derby is an excellent example of a simply well balanced cocktail. I incorporated thyme into the honey because we seem to have a lot of that on our handsšā #pungamešŖš¼
The Commercial Break
Still donāt know what to bring to that #SuperBowl Party? What about a bourbon cocktail? š„šš¾
Roses are yellow
As promised... and because you deserve something silky smooth tonight š Cheers to the weekend!
Maple Old Fashioned
Ok, real talk - @whistlepigwhiskey sent over a care package that included their barrel-aged maple syrup and figured why not take their suggestion to make it into an Old Fashioned.
.
In case you didnāt know, the Whistle Pig Farm is in Burlington, VT and they actually have maple trees onsite that they tap and harvest maple syrup from. This syrup is then aged in spent Whistle Pig Rye Barrels producing a super unique, single source maple syrup!
Tipperary Insanity
A play on a classic... The Tipperary! Another cocktail from our collaboration at @spectatorhotel with my dude @lancasterchucktown. Keep in mind that these are ON THE MENU at The Spectator Hotel's bar through the Spring! Make sure to stop by and check it out. Check out the recipe below!
Monina
š„š„ Looking for another why to smoke cocktails? Look no further than The Char Board from Whiskeywood. They recently sent this over to me to try out and Iām blown away at its portability, effectiveness and especially that depth of smokey flavor it gives to your cocktail. The three āflavorsā of wood include: āApple Orchardā, āPeanut Butter and Chocolateā and my favorite so far, āGrandmaās Cookiesā ā that being said, this cocktail is named after my grandmother, Mona. I think you can guess which smoke stick I picked.
Barrel Aged Boulevardier
Have you ever wondered how to barrel age a cocktail at home? Iām excited to once again #partner up with Cooperscraft to show yāall how to do so! The barrel aging technique is not only a tried and true way to batch a cocktail, itās also a great way to add a subtle toasty flavor while mellowing a cocktail to create a perfect balance of flavors. The instructions are simple and the hardest part will be waiting for the cocktail to age without wanting to have more than one sample. .
Note that not all barrels are created equal, so the recipe is split into equal parts instead of exact measurements. Make sure to read the barrel preparations from your manufacturer before the barrel aging process as those instructions can vary per manufacturer as well. Enjoy!
Cinnamon Toast Milk Punch
Letās try this again, shall we? š„£
Cinnamon Toast Crunch⦠but make it drinkable.
Who doesnāt love CTC?? I figured it would be fun to try to recreate it into cocktail. Iām going to make two versions and this is the first rendition - a traditional milk punch with actual cream. The addition of biscotti liqueur here adds that sweet bread flavor that you typically get from French toast so I figured it would be fitting⦠and guess it what, it actually works. Give this one a tryā¦
Anyone have any guesses on the second version of this cocktail??
