Martini Service
Elevate your at-home martini game 🍸
A martini service is my favorite way to serve up a martini for 2. It lets everyone pick and choose their own variation and everyone leaves happy. Feel free to scale this recipe into a bigger batch since this would be great as a freezer door martini as well.

ingredients:
MARTINI SERVICE (for 2… or 1 depending on your day)
4 oz | 120 ml Empress Gin 1908
1 oz | 30 ml Dry Vermouth
6 Dashes Orange Bitters
Garnishes:
MSG Olive Brine
Cocktail Onions
Caper Berries
Olives
Lemon Twist
instructions:
Service in carafe with Olive, caper berry, onion, lemon twist or any other traditional (or untraditional) martini garnishes over pebble ice. Pour into a chilled coupe and garnish with preferred mix of garnishes.
