The flavors involve a rich sweetness from the Pedro Ximenez-style sherry, which pairs well with the peaty notes found in Laphroaig Select. The below recipe is also easy to batch - it's perfect for any holiday parties this year!

Made with local @stripedpigdistillery spiced rum, the fall spices infused into the rum lends itself well to this festive, tiki-inspired cocktail.

This one is a peanut butter and jelly take on a classic Old Fashioned using Skrewball PB Whiskey. Give it a shot!
